Agricultural land managed by APF GROUP (VERDANT)

Dear clients,

APF GROUP (VERDANT) currently controls agricultural land with a total value exceeding CZK 1.4 billion.

The value of land owned by APF GROUP (VERDANT) exceeded CZK 600 million. The value of managed client land portfolios is reported at CZK 860 million. The positions in the client portfolios will be gradually closed in the following years, and the ownership of the land will pass to APF GROUP (VERDANT) on the basis of concluded contracts on future purchase contracts. We have been creating these portfolios since 2020.

Agricultural land is purchased as part of the group's assets and included in the client's portfolio in accordance with the long-term strategy. A description of the strategy, an overview of the plots owned by the group and video tours of selected sets of plots can be found in the Lands menu.
