Agricultural land owned by VERDANT APF GROUP

The total area of ​​agricultural land owned by the VERDANT APF GROUP as of December 31, 2024 is 9,221,572 m² (922.2 ha).

During 2024, we purchased 537.5 ha as part of our long-term investment strategy, which represents a year-on-year increase of 140%.

Ownership of agricultural land (agricultural asset) is the cornerstone of the tokenization project. The total book value of the land is part of the coverage of the circulating APFC tokens and one of the parameters of the VERDANT standard (more information in the post dated November 18, 2024).
