Cooperation with the INVESTBAY project

Dear clients,

we have already informed you about the establishment of close cooperation with the INVESTBAY project (https://www.investbay.com/o-nas).

The project focuses on micro-investments in attractive holiday properties within Europe. In the form of crowd-owning, it allows clients to invest in real estate in small amounts. It uses real estate tokenization for investments, similar to the case of our project APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s.r.o. for agricultural land.

APF GROUP supported the project by providing convertible debt (equity participation) and purchasing tokens linked to specific properties.

At the same time, we are preparing to expand the cooperation by mutual support of the sale of tokens of both projects. As part of this cooperation, we will enable APF GROUP clients to purchase the tokens in question with the same security as in the case of APFC tokens. The purchase and securing will be carried out by APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s.r.o.
