At the same time, as part of the tokenization project, we are publishing the development of the market price of the APFC token for 2024 depending on the development of the area of ​​agricultural land.

VERDANT standard

The correlation between the development of the market price of the APFC token and the development of the total book value of agricultural assets owned by the APF GROUP (VERDANT) for a comparable period creates the VERDANT standard. The VERDANT standard is expressed as the value of the market capitalization of the APFC token in relation to the total book value of agricultural assets and represents the coverage of the APFC token by its fair value. With this standard, we reduce the risk of price volatility, insufficient liquidity and the ability to meet all obligations in connection with holding the APFC token.

This correlation represents a kind of "gold standard" of the agricultural land tokenization project.

The correlation is valid separately for the agricultural land owned by VERDANT APF GROUP and the market price of the APFC token.
