in the framework of transparency and full information, APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s.r.o. hereby publishes the preliminary financial results as of December 31, 2024.
The aforementioned company is part of the VERDANT APF GROUP, which is the issuer of the APFC token and the main bearer of the agricultural land tokenization project. We have informed you in detail about the tokenization project earlier.

The total net asset value as of December 31, 2024 reached CZK 1,351,652 thousand. The year-on-year increase in assets is CZK 86,595 thousand, which represents an increase of 6.8%.
The book value of the APFC tokens owned as of that date was CZK 345,882 thousand. CZK (stock of 169,976,283 APFC tokens). The market price of the specified amount of tokens as of 31.12.2024 was 3,385,928 thousand CZK (price 19.92 CZK/APFC as of 31.12.2024).
The value of equity as of 31.12.2024 was reported at CZK 1,191,170 thousand. During 2024, the receivable of APF VENTURE CAPITAL CR s.r.o. in the amount of CZK 307,250 thousand was capitalized in the form of a voluntary additional payment to the registered capital. External sources amounted to CZK 160,482 thousand.
The ratio of equity to total liabilities as of 31.12.2024 is 742%.
Net turnover for the accounting period of 2024 was reported in the amount of CZK 994,648 thousand (total sales of APFC tokens on the primary and secondary markets).
The operating result (EBITDA) as of 31.12.2024 was CZK 893,677 thousand. This result is mainly influenced by services (token distribution costs, stock exchange listing fees, legal, accounting and tax services, advertising).
The financial result as of 31.12.2024 was reported in the amount of - CZK 11,257 thousand (interest expense).
The result before tax as of 31.12.2024 was reported in the amount of CZK 882,420 thousand.
Revenues from the sale of APFC tokens are used to finance the purchase of agricultural land and agricultural projects (agricultural assets) within the VERDANT APF GROUP group. The profit from the sale of tokens allows us to sufficiently cover operating and financial costs and thus stabilize the finances of the entire VERDANT APF GROUP group.
