We have previously informed you about the establishment of the fund for qualified and professional investors, APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C.

We are now finalizing the last administrative tasks required to commence the fund's operations in accordance with the relevant European legal standards.

The fund's manager is AQA Capital Ltd., based in Malta.

The fund will utilize agricultural investments in the Czech Republic to appreciate investors' financial resources. Half of the investment funds will be directed towards the implementation of agricultural projects, while the other half will be used for the purchase of agricultural land through the tokenization of agricultural land, in line with the long-term strategy of the APF GROUP.
