Registration in the list of regulated entities

Dear clients,

on 18.11.2024, the APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C. fund was registered based on the notification of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). to the list of regulated entities (Notified AIFs).

In the VERDANT Funds menu, you will find the full text of the fund statute (Offering Memorandum), which defines the fund, its activities and other regulatory conditions.

In Section 2 / Principal Features / Investment Objective and Policies you will find information about the investment strategy of the fund. The fund invests directly and indirectly in the APFC token and in the purchase of investment shares of the fund APF GROUP CR SICAV a.s.

We will inform you about the start of the subscription of investment shares of the fund.
