Registration in the list of regulated entities

Dear clients,

on 1 November 2024, through the legal representative of Ganado Advocates and on behalf of the fund manager AQA Capital Ltd. sent an request to the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to register the fund APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C. to the list of regulated entities (Notified AIFs).

At the same time, we publish the Offering Memorandum, which defines the fund, its activities and other regulatory conditions.

After registering the fund in the list of regulated entities, we will start the subscription of investment shares of the fund.

We will inform you about the start of registration.

By starting the activity of the European fund, the APF GROUP (VERDANT) will take a significant step towards expansion into the European investment market.
