Regular monthly results of client trades

Dear clients,

we bring you regular monthly results of client trades. In the month of October, we completed 12 stores with a total value of CZK 12,760,217 with a total area of ​​187,567 m2 (18.8 ha). Since January 2024, we have completed a total of 311 deals with a total value of CZK 416,575,072. The total value of client deals so far this year has already exceeded the total value of 2023, which was reached in the amount of CZK 389,559,844. The total value of the executed deals of the executive manager of the APF Group/Portfolio manager reached CZK 1.6 billion.
