Regular monthly results of client transactions

Dear clients,

we bring you regular monthly results of client transactions. In December, we completed 13 transactions with a total value of CZK 57,783,191 with a total area of ​​664,274 m2 (66.4 ha). Since January 2024, we have completed a total of 339 transactions with a total value of CZK 499,200,801. The total value of client transactions this year has exceeded the total value of 2023 by CZK 109,640,957. In 2023, it was achieved in the amount of CZK 389,559,844.
