Revenue from the sale of the APFC token

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that the total revenue from the sale of the APFC token reached CZK 13,801,728 in January.

Revenues also include product swaps (exchanges) of VERDANT APF GROUP products for the purchase of the APFC token.

Due to the very weak month of January, which was reflected in the fluctuation of operating cash flow, and the restructuring of the business structure, low revenues were reported.

In the following month of February, we expect a stabilization of revenues.

The number of tokens in circulation (sale via the exchange or direct sale) currently amounts to 80,289,860 pieces.

In January, our token was listed on the Pionex exchange (TOP 50) with an average daily trading volume of CZK 80.2 billion, trust score 7/10.

Revenues from the sale of APFC tokens are used to finance the purchase of agricultural land and agricultural projects within the VERDANT APF GROUP. The profit from the sale of tokens allows us to sufficiently cover financial costs and thus stabilize the finances of the entire VERDANT APF GROUP.
