Sales from Direct APFC Token Sales (OTC) to APF GROUP Clients

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that sales from direct APFC token sales through purchase agreements (OTC) have reached USD 5.628.783 (130.301.949 CZK) since May 1, 2024.

The sales also include product swaps (exchanges) of APF GROUP products for the purchase of APFC tokens.

The direct sale of APFC tokens is governed by the APFC Memorandum, prepared in collaboration with the law firm Noerr s.r.o.

The revenue from the sale of APFC tokens primarily finances the purchase of agricultural land and agricultural projects within the APF GROUP. The profit from token sales allows us to sufficiently cover financial costs, thereby stabilizing the financial operations of the entire APF GROUP.
