Structure of client portfolios of APF VENTURE CAPITAL CR s.r.o.

Dear clients,

The total value of client portfolios as of September 30, 2024 was CZK 864,283,068. Compared to the situation as of June 30, 2024, the total value decreased by CZK 17,039,649 (by 1.93%).

The reason for the decrease in the value of the portfolios is the closing of positions by the start of the buyback of land belonging to the APF GROUP (VERDANT).

The total current value of agricultural land under management (own purchased land and client portfolios) exceeded the amount of CZK 1,400 million.
