APF GROUP’s liquid financial reserve and purchase of agricultural land

Dear Clients,

We hereby publish the current status of the Liquid Financial Reserve (LFR) of the companies in the APF GROUP.

The amount of LFR is CZK 15,935,188.

The reserve is deposited in the savings accounts of APF GROUP companies. We will disclose the amount of LFR on a monthly basis.

We would also like to inform you about the purchases of agricultural land owned by APF GROUP companies.

Since 1 January 2023, we have concluded 30 purchase agreements with a total value of CZK 19,278,368.
