Overview of purchase price payments for agricultural land

Dear Clients,
Within the framework of the declared values of the APF GROUP (transparency), we publish an overview of the payments made for the purchase of agricultural land owned by the Group. Since 1 January 2024, we have paid purchase prices in the total amount of 55.9 million CZK. CZK (overview of movements searched).

Investments in agricultural land within selected locations in Central and South Moravia are the main pillar of investments within the APF GROUP. The land will subsequently be used for the implementation of agricultural projects through the APF GROUP CR SICAV a.s. fund in cooperation with individual tenants.
