Overview of purchase price payments for agricultural land

Dear Clients,
Within the framework of the declared values of the APF GROUP (transparency), we are publishing an overview of payments made for the purchase of agricultural land owned by the Group. Since 1 January 2024 we have paid purchase prices in the total amount of 4.408.836 USD (overview of movements sought).

Investments in agricultural land within selected locations in Central and Southern Moravia are the main pillar of investments within the APF GROUP. The land will subsequently be used for the implementation of agricultural projects through the APF GROUP CR SICAV a.s. fund in cooperation with individual tenants.
