Change of company name

Dear Clients,

The name change of the company Agrarian Land Fund Ltd. has been made.

The new name of the company is APF VENTURE CAPITAL CR s.r.o.

Other facts remain unchanged.

The change of the company's name was made in connection with the upcoming legislative changes to the Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act and thus reflects the requirements of the upcoming amendment to the ISIF Act.
