Regular monthly results of client trades

Dear Clients,

we bring you the regular monthly results of client trades. In the month of December, we executed 28 deals with a total value of  USD 1.302.815 (CZK 29,284,133) with a total area of 480,799 m2 (48.1 ha). For the year 2023, we executed a total of 471 deals with a total value of USD 17.331.046 (CZK 389,559,844). The total number of stores increased by 101 stores compared to 2022 (a year-on-year increase of 27.3%) and the total value of stores increased by USD 8.353.642 (CZK 187,769,598), a year-on-year increase of 93.1%!
